The hospitality industry grows when we learn from one another. Some of the most valuable lessons aren’t learned in a classroom, they’re shared during a shift, over a drink, or through the stories and experiences that shape our careers. As part of Desert Escape, we’re creating a space for those conversations to take center stage at Education Oasis!

We’re inviting bartenders, operators, educators, and hospitality professionals to apply to lead a 60-minute educational seminar during Desert Escape.

Whether your session focuses on cocktails, business, wellness and mental health, sustainability, or community, we’re looking for presentations that spark meaningful conversation, inspire fresh thinking, and leave attendees with practical takeaways attendees can bring back to their teams and communities.

Selected presenters will lead an interactive 60-minute seminar in an intimate classroom setting of up to 40 attendees, creating opportunities for discussion, connection, and learning throughout the weekend. These sessions will be scheduled between Sunday, September 20-Monday September 21st from 11am-3pm.

As a thank you for sharing your expertise, selected presenters will receive:

• 2-3 night stay in a patio room at Ace Hotel & Swim Club Palm Springs

• $100 food & beverage credit

• Two Desert Escape wristbands

• Recognition as part of the official Desert Escape education programming
