Description

Attention Phoenix! For the first time we’re launching our Skylight Hospitality Mentorship program en Español! This program features Spanish speaking educators and mentors to provide professional development for the Latin industry members in our community, whose first language is Spanish

Skylight is a six week mentorship and education program created to uplift and empower women, femme, and non-binary bartenders in the greater Phoenix area. This initiative connects motivated hospitality professionals with accomplished mentors, some of the most respected figures in the industry. Participants will gain hands-on experience and attend educational sessions on cocktail creation, bar management, equity & inclusion, personal branding, and more. Each awardee is also carefully matched with a mentor to foster growth, guidance and real- world insight. The program culminates in a final showcase where each participant will present an original cocktail inspired by their journey. We’re excited to announce that helping facilitate and host this year's Skylight en espanol cohort are Skylight Alum Crystal Rios of Barter and Shake and Mel Nichols of The Pemberton! If you’re ready to grow your voice and vision behind the bar, apply now and join the Skylight community.
